Direction of Card Placement

Card Introduction

Administrator Card ( management card ) :

User Card:

The First Card to program.  Authorized by the master card under the system.
Supported by Felica and Mifare. Supported by Felica and Mifare.
To set up or delete other user cards. For a user to open or close the lock.
It shall not be used to open or close a lock unless in emergency. Capable of storing 50 cards per lock.
Keep it safe and do not lose it. 

Card Operation

 

Step 1: Install the i-Lock

 

 1) Insert lock into the track and push forward until it is fixed.

 

Step 2: Setup Administrator

 

 1) Press the Add button to set administrator.

2) Press the Set Button on i-Lock for 10s until you heard 3 short beeps, the LED light will then light up.

3) Enter default password: I-LOCK-ADMIN and click NEXT.

4) Enter the administrator's name (e.g. Administrator) and set a new password (e.g. 1234) and click NEXT.

5) Repeat the new password (e.g. 1234) and click CONFIRM.

6) Enter the name of I-Lock (e.g. Locker) and click NEXT.

7) Enter the I-LOCK password (e.g. 8888) and click NEXT.

 

Step 3: Setup Administrator Card

 

1) Choose the lock you want to open.

2) Press the Set button to Set Admin Card

3) Press the Edit Button to add admin card

4) After preparing the card, place the card close to the lock for scanning once.  3 short beeps would be heard if succeed.

5) Place the card close to the lock again for second scan.  3 short beeps will be      heard if succeed.

 **If there is no card detected for 5s, the action will abort.

**If the registration is failed, there will be one long beep.

 

Step 4: Register a user card

 

By Apps:

1) Press the Add button to set administrator.

2) Press the Set button for 2-3s until you heard a short beep, the LED light will then light up

3) Enter the smart lock password (e.g. 8888) set by the administrator and click  NEXT.

4) Enter user name.

 

By Card:

1) Put the management card closely in front of the lock.

2) There will be 3 short beeps if the management card is verified.

**If the card is incorrect, there will be a long beep.

3) LED will fast blinking to wait for a user card.

4) Put the user card closely in front of the lock.

**If there is no card detected for 5s, the action will abort.

**If the registration is failed, there will be one long beep.

 

Step 5: Unlock

By App:

1) Choose the lock you want to open

2) Press the Unlock button and enter password

 

By Card: 

1) Put the user card closely in front of the lock.

2) If it is a valid card, there will be 3 short beeps and the lock will open.

3) If it is an invalid card, there will be one long beep. LED lit for a long period.

4) If the door is kept closed for 30s, the lock will close again. While waiting, LED will start blinking.

5) If the door is opened, the lock will close after 2s. LED will stop blinking and turn off.

 

*User Card Deletion

1) Put the management card closely in front of the lock.

2) There will be 3 short beeps if the management card is verified. 

**If the card is incorrect, there will be a long beep.

3) LED will fast blinking to wait for a user card.

Delete ONE User Card

4) Put the user card closely in front of the lock.

**If there is no card detected for 5s, the action will abort.

5) If the action is successful, there will be 2 short beeps.

6) If the action is failed, there will be one long beep. 

Delete ALL User Card

4) Put the management card closely to the lock for 3 more times. There will be a short beep for each successful detection.

**If there is no card detected for 5s, the action will abort.

5) If the whole action is successful, there will be 4 short beeps. 

6) If the action is failed, there will be one long beep.

 

 

 

**Low Battery Alarm

When you hear two long beeps instead of the normal short beeps when sweeping a registered card to the lock, it means it is in low battery mode. Please change to new batteries immediately. 

Battery level is 4V to 5V:

Low battery mode. Sweep card sound alert. 

Battery level is below 4V:

Battery fail. Continue a short beep every 8s.
